born Dr. Raphael T. Waters is a retired Professor of Philosophy
from Niagara University. He studied under a number of great Masters
such as Louis-Marie Regis, Louis- Bertrand Geiger, but was particularly formed by the eminent
Father Austin Woodbury, who had been a student of Father Reginald
Garrigou-Lagrange, O.P. He now directs the Aquinas School of Philosophy
in Lewiston, NY
